These terms govern your use of THE EARWAX GUY’s services. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

• “We”/“Us”/“Our” refers to THE EARWAX GUY, a mobile ear wax removal provider.
• “You”/“Your” refers to the client booking or receiving services.

2. Bookings & Appointments

• Appointments are arranged via WhatsApp, phone, Instagram, or Facebook.
• We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings at our discretion.
• Travel charges may apply outside Milton Keynes as listed on our website.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee.

4. Payment

• Payment is due on completion of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.
• Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, or as agreed in advance.
• If no wax is found, a reduced fee applies to cover assessment and travel.

5. Eligibility & Safety

• We only treat clients where it is safe and appropriate to do so.
• We may refuse or stop treatment if there are medical risks or contraindications.
• Clients must provide accurate health information relevant to ear care.

6. Liability

• We are fully insured and take all reasonable care, but cannot accept liability for issues arising from withheld information or failure to follow aftercare advice.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, except where prohibited by law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
